Your new company
Dynamic and fast paced FMCG company requires a switched on receptionist to join them on a 6 month contract. WORKING HOLIDAY VISAS WELCOME TO APPLY

Your new role
HOURS – 7.00AM – 3.30PM

  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Receiving courier deliveries, sending emails to the receiver
  • Arranging courier deliveries via web portal
  • Checking of weekly kitchen order and distribution of order
  • Meeting and greeting clients at reception, signing in and out of visitors
  • Answering of the main switchboard at reception
  • Answering of the intercom system
  • Booking of facilities on site, use of outlook calendar
  • Setting up of meeting rooms

What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Receptionist role, excellent customer service and presentation skills as well as the ability to prioritise tasks.
