Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls in an efficient manner
  • Order processing
  • Engage with customers and client of the company
  • Assist in managing any issues or problems
  • Administration duties when required
  • Invoicing for clients

Key Requirements

  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Efficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • SAP is not essential but will be highly regarded
  • Proven experience dealing with Key Accounts
