Admin Assistant / Customer Service – WHV welcome to apply

Join a small, friendly team in an Australian owned business based in St Leonards. You will be liaising daily with customers and third party contractors to assist with enquires, coordinating site access and issuing permits all over Australia. It is a temp position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with incoming enquiries from customers and external contractors
  • Facilitating site access by issuing permits and processing paperwork
  • Coordinating and scheduling site visits and ensuring access is granted
  • Ensuring all processes are correct and that polices are adhered to

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
  • Good administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
